We specialise in outsourced Compliance, AML Compliance and other Regulatory services, as well as licensing for the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of the "Abu Dhabi Global Markets" (ADGM) .
Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) Licensing
We undertake the preparation and submission of applications for VARA licensing and provide post-submission support leading up to the granting of the license, which authorises companies to conduct Virtual Asset Activities in Dubai in accordance with the applicable regulations.

iFX EXPO Dubai 2024
We attended this year's EXPO as exhibitor's once again, where we enjoyed growing our network and sharing our knowledge and expertise as part of the speaker lineup for the event. Our Director, Constantinos Constantinides participated as a speaker and moderator in the part of the Know-how Series entitled "Legal Labyrinths: Step-by-Step Guide to Set up a Brokerage". We always enjoy the opportunity to attend iFX EXPOs and are looking forward to the event in Limassol in June 2024.
