Constantinos Constantinides

Constantinos will host and moderate this guest panel, whilst also contributing his knowledge, expertise and views. Constantinos was born in Athens and raised in the Middle East. He later moved to England, where he completed his education and began working life before finally settling in Cyprus. Currently a Director at FAI Comply and holding non-executive roles at Cyprus-based investment firms and funds, his main areas of expertise are financial and payment regulation, particularly in compliance, internal audit and anti-money laundering. Constantinos holds an MSc from the Imperial College London Business School and BSc from the University of Durham and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment (CISI). Constantinos regularly joins expert speaker panels at industry events to discuss current hot topics.

Christiana Aristidou is a Transnational Technology Lawyer, Founder and Managing Partner of “The Hybrid LawTech Firm,” with over 28 years of experience in business, technology law, and regulatory compliance. She advises startups, SMEs, incumbents, and governments on multijurisdictional projects integrating advanced technologies, innovative business models, and evolving regulatory frameworks across fintech, digital assets, sustainable finance, payments, banking, investment funds, energy, and legaltech. As a legal advisor, she supports blockchain and AI platforms, including EMIs, CASPs, stablecoin projects, RWA tokenisation, DAOs, DeFi, and Web3. A certified trainer, she has repeatedly trained regulators such as CySEC and the Central Bank. A funded blockchain expert and INATBA member, Christiana contributes to global standards (ISO, CEN-CENELEC, ETSI) on blockchain, AI, and financial services. She is the Head of the National Delegation to ISO/TC 307 and Director of Legal Research at the Blockchain & Climate Institute. Christiana is a regular speaker at technology law events.

His expertise has driven landmark projects, including Switzerland's inaugural Crypto Exchange, Lykke, and facilitated multimillion-dollar capital raises for businesses worldwide. Yiannis's impact spans continents, from leading the Tokyo Government Blockchain Business Camp in 2017 to advancing blockchain ecosystems in the UK, Thailand, Slovakia, Cyprus, and beyond. His initiatives have been recognized with numerous accolades, including Cyprus Fintech Company of the Year (2017), BlockIs' Top 45 EU Blockchain Innovative Companies, and Blockchain 4 All EU grants. Yiannis has served as an esteemed adjunct lecturer at the University of Nicosia for seven years, imparting his expertise in digital currency and blockchain education. Additionally, he has contributed his strategic acumen to the boards of major investment groups, including FBS, Lykke, Oval Money/ETX Capital and TopFX Group. Twenty years of extensive experience in regulatory compliance, including regulatory legal, consultancy, compliance, and Money Laundering Reporting Officer positions. Provision of expert guidance and strategic advice on a wide range of regulatory compliance matters, particularly within large-scale financial organizations. My experience includes setting up, managing, and overseeing the compliance functions of regulated entities in Cyprus and abroad, including heading the AML and Compliance teams of one of the largest Cyprus Investment Firms for a period of 8 years. More recently, I have embraced the dynamic and rapidly evolving crypto industry, where I now focus on applying my regulatory expertise to this emerging sector. My transition into the crypto space has allowed me to stay at the forefront of regulatory developments and tackle unique challenges within the industry.
